〔記者花孟璟／花蓮報導〕花蓮縣府上月30日用縣預算舉辦「0206震後感恩餐會」，在小巨蛋席開300桌、還「爆桌」加碼700個便當，縣議員莊枝財在花蓮縣議會定期大會預備會上爆料，縣府先用公務預算墊支，卻打算向善款監督委員會申請支付餐會款，痛批「善款這樣拿來吃吃喝喝，可以嗎」？且餐會只邀年底將參選縣長的徐榛蔚參加，質疑「根本是拿公款、善款來開造勢大會」！

民進黨籍花蓮縣議員莊枝財爆料，縣府上月底在小巨蛋舉辦的「0206震後感恩餐會」，邀請各縣市消防局救災代表、捐款企業代表召開感恩大會、發感謝狀，還以遊覽車把花蓮縣全縣「北從秀林南到富里鄉」共177個村里，「每個里動員10人」來參加，中午餐會上縣府22個局處也各有1桌，總共席開300桌宴請3000賓客；他估算，以每桌5000元計算至少花150萬元，加上交通、雜支，至少要200萬元！

莊枝財說，縣府「感恩餐會」，包括立委蕭美琴、縣議會的議員都沒受邀參加，當天只有立委徐榛蔚出席。他質疑，徐榛蔚將在年底參選花蓮縣長，感恩餐會顯然有替徐榛蔚1人造勢的嫌疑。

莊枝財說，感博客來網路書店恩餐會花這麼多錢，用公款支付，就得依法上網公開招標，但縣府並沒有招標的動作，很明顯「一開始就打算要用善款付這筆錢」！

對此，縣府表示，目前包括震災法會、餐會的經費，是先以公款墊支，接著會跟善款監督委員會申請支付，已繳回給公庫，但如果善款監督委員會不同意，縣府則會自己埋單。

縣府行政暨研考處長林金虎說，立委徐榛蔚是以縣長夫人的名義參加，至於沒有邀請其他政治人物，是因為感恩餐會的目的是感謝協助救災的團體及民力。
